He has spent 25+ years in executive technology leadership, holding CTO, CDO, and COO roles across enterprise media and SaaS. He spent 15 years at Hart Energy, moving from Director of IT to CIO to CTO to Chief Digital Officer, where he ran product portfolio, software engineering, and a 20-person global team behind platforms that served millions of users.
In 2023 he founded Chiles Co., an AI implementation firm that builds production automation for operating businesses.
Why Falcon Builder exists
The implementation work made the gap obvious: teams could prototype AI in an afternoon and still take months to get anything running reliably in production. He built Falcon Builder solo and took it live on December 31, 2025, incorporated NeoSky AI in January 2026, and landed the platform's first enterprise client within four months.
