Gmail
Send emails and manage messages, drafts, labels, and threads in Gmail.
Overview
The Gmail node sends and manages email in a connected Gmail account. It covers four resources — messages, drafts, labels, and threads — so a workflow can send a reply, file a message under a label, or walk an entire conversation thread.
Getting Connected
- Create a Gmail OAuth2 credential — a one-click Google sign-in that authorizes Gmail access
- Add a Gmail node to a workflow and select the credential
Operations
- Message — send, get, get many (search with Gmail query syntax), reply, mark read/unread, add/remove labels, delete
- Draft — create and manage drafts before sending
- Label — list, create, and apply labels
- Thread — fetch full conversation threads
Send operations support to/cc/bcc, text or HTML bodies, attachments, and templated values like {{$json.email}} throughout.
