Google Drive
Search, upload, download, copy, move, share, and manage files & folders in Google Drive.
Overview
The Google Drive node works with files and folders in a connected Drive: find documents, pull their contents into a workflow, create files and folders, and manage sharing — the storage backbone for document-processing automations.
Getting Connected
- Create a Google Drive OAuth2 credential — a one-click Google sign-in that authorizes Drive access
- Add a Google Drive node and select the credential
Operations
- Search — find files and folders with Drive query syntax
- Get File / Download — fetch metadata or file contents
- Create Folder / Create From Text — build folder structures and write text content as new files
- Copy / Move / Delete — organize files between folders
- Share — grant reader/writer/commenter/owner access to a user, group, domain, or anyone-with-link
