Confidence-Gated Triage Queue
Inbound messages are classified by intent and scored for urgency by TypeSafe AI's Jev model in about 100 ms. Confident classifications go straight to the right team channel with the urgency attached. Anything the model is not confident about lands in the Approvals queue with the full probability breakdown, so one person can supervise thousands of routed messages by looking only at the ambiguous ones.

How it works
Receive
A webhook trigger takes the message (from, subject, body) from your form, inbox, or chat widget.
Classify and score
One AI Decision call asks for the intent (billing, technical, sales, other) and an urgency level on a four-step rubric. Every option gets a probability; the intent gets a confidence.
Route or queue
Each intent has its own output handle wired to a Slack channel. Below 60% confidence the message takes the “uncertain” handle into Human Approval; the reviewer's comment is then posted to the support channel.

Frequently asked questions
How do I tune the 60% threshold?
It is the Minimum Confidence field on the AI Decision node. Lower it to automate more, raise it for higher-stakes routing. Pin the model version once you have tuned it.
Can I add more intents?
Yes — add an option to the intent question and a new output handle appears on the node. Include an “other” option so the model can say none of the rest fit.
